From my travels in Munich, Germany a few weeks ago...
Nuremberger Bratwurst sandwich (rostbratwurster) = 3 grilled brats on a hard roll.
The brats are thin, but flavorful with a nice "snap". The bread is crusty similar to a Kaiser roll. And the local mustard is slightly sweet and spicy. Great strolling around food.
