This food cart is located in NYC's midtown on 51st Street near Seventh Avenue.
They were out of breadfruit so I settled for a mini meal of curry chicken served with rice & peas, plaintains and steamed vegetables ($5). It was okay, but the rice was a little dry and the veggies tasteless.
