This is not your average ice cream parlor. They use flavors and nitrogen to custom make your ice cream to order. Once you tell them what flavors you want they mix the ingredients in a Kitchenaid standing mixer on the counter in front of you. Then they add the nitrogen and the small space is covered in white fog. Then they blow down the mixture with a regular hair dryer. Very mad scientist-ish!
For $5 you get your choice of 2 flavors. I tried Ginger and Hazelnut. It tasted more like Hazelnut and chemicals.
