Thanks to "L" for introducing me this Trader Joe's Pomegranate Blueberry sherbert. It's very tasty and refreshing.

Trader Joe's

Today I tried the Spicy Thai noodles with chicken for $3.99. Although the container says this is a serving for 2, it really is a hearty serving for 1. It has a light spicy, peanut flavor.

Lemon Bars

These lemon bars from Trader Joe's should be called "lemon dots" because they are so small. Each one is a single serving! I don't know about you, but one of these is not satisfactory and I had to eat a second one just to get the flavor.

They are good and convenient to keep handy at home if you are craving a lemon bar. But I don't consider these to be a "box of 12"...more like a box of "4-6".

One of my Favorite Things

If Oprah can have a list then so can I! One of my favs is Trader Joe's Kettle Corn. It's a little sweet and a little salty. It's light and airy and crunchy.
