I am doing my part to help the economy by supporting food and retail industries...by eating and shopping one restaurant and store at a time. Yes, it's a Herculean task, but someone has to do it. And I know there are lots of other people out there who are also doing their part!

Banana Bench
This is very random...I was walking through NYC's Brooklyn neighborhood of Carroll Gardens and saw this bench in front of a brownstone. Other brownstones had small park like benches in front of their stoops, but this house had a banana shaped bench.
I like to eat and I like to shop...PERIOD. This is my tribute to the industries that I have patronized. I pay the price inidcated for all of the items I consume/receive unless otherwise noted.
