Petey's is a new burger place in NYC's Astoria area at 30-17 30th Avenue. Food critics have compared it to California's In-N-Out burger.
I had the cheeseburger ($3.99), fresh cut fries ($2.79) and a can of soda ($1.50) as a Value Combo for $7.79. The burger was topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, raw onions (I wish I knew that I could have ordered grilled onions instead) and sauce. While the counter service was lackadasical the food was cooked to order, fresh and tasty. It's been a while since I had an In-N-Out burger so it was hard for me to compare. But for fast food Petey's was pretty good!
