"A" and "Y" brought this dessert from a Filipino bakery to our Thanksgiving dinner.
The filling is made from Taro. I think the color is "enhanced".
I am doing my part to help the economy by supporting food and retail industries...by eating and shopping one restaurant and store at a time. Yes, it's a Herculean task, but someone has to do it. And I know there are lots of other people out there who are also doing their part!
