This is one of my many favorite snacks foods - shrimp chips. The consistency is similar to lightweight styrofoam. This 4 oz bag is only $1.75 at Fung Wong Bakery in NYC's Chinatown at 41 Mott Street.

Shrimp Chips
These are one of my guilty little pleasures...and now they are available baked and in a "hot" garlic flavor. Salty and spicy!
