I had read rave reviews about the burgers at Savor located at 70 Prince Street in NYC's SoHo so I had to try it.
I started with a Hibiscus cocktail ($8 happy hour) - hibiscus, gin, lime and prosecco.
The Fleischer's grass fed burger ($15) was served on a sweet, fluffy brioche bun with french fries (a little oversalted) and house made ketchup along with lettuce, red onion and a pickle. The burger was juicy and tasty.
For dessert I had a rose float ($9) - rose soda, lemon verbena ice cream and almond "tile" cookies. What a great twist on a childhood treat!
