On Tuesday, 10/6/09 NYC's midtown branch of Borders Books at 10 Columbus Circle hosted a panel discussion with Jean-Luc Naret of the Michelin Guide. Mike Colameco (of PBS fame) moderated a panel that also included Danny Meyer (restaraunteur known for Union Square Cafe and Gramery Tavern), Mimi Sheraton (former NY Times restaurant critic), Jean-Georges Vongritchen (chef and restauranteur), Lee Schrager (who organizes the Miami and NY Food & Wine shows) and Karen Kruger (editor of Food & Wine Magazine).
There was also a book signing afterwards, but alas, I am still on my book diet and abstained from buying the $16.95 NY Michelin Guide.
